Cancelation Policy

What’s up with Covid?

With the rise of Covid infections across SA and the new lockdown restrictions recently put in place, we are holding our breath. The show must go on and so from our side we are continuing as if things will be back to normal by the first race 3-5 September.

Having said this though, there are some complications. We know that organizing races in a pandemic has its risks. We have tried to limit your risk by asking for a very small deposit and then asking for the remaining entry fee at the last minute. We hope to relieve you of risk in this way by carrying it ourselves.

If the event cannot take place in September due to government regulations, we will postpone the event to a suitable/similar date in 2022 without any further transfer or penalty charges to our entrants.
The next government COVID update is on 11 July.  We will make a further informed decision then.

Event Cancellation Policy

  • If the event cannot be hosted on the scheduled date due to COVID-19 or due to any other unforeseen circumstances the event will be postponed to 2022.
  • All fully paid entries will be deferred to 2022.

  • Should a participant wish to cancel their entry the Feral organization requires a written notification to info@feralduo24.co.za and the entrant will be refunded according to the refund policy below.
  • 90% entry refund from or before 1 June – 30 June
  • 80% entry refund from 1 July – 31 July

  • Deposits are non refundable but can be deferred to any future Feral Event.

Substitution Policy:

  • Substitutions will be possible up until 1 week prior to the event at a cost of R200.
  • Please contact the race organizer for a substitution.
