Yes No Event Cancellation Policy If the event cannot be hosted on the scheduled date due to COVID-19 or due to any other unforeseen circumstances the event will be postponed to a similar date in 2023. All fully paid entries will be deferred to 2023. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Should a participant wish to cancel their entry the Feral organization requires a written notification to info@feralduo24.co.za and the entrant will be refunded according to the refund policy below. 90% entry refund from or before 1 June – 30 June (for Eden only) 80% entry refund from 1 July – 31 July (for Eden only) No refund from 1 August – Substitutions allowed according to substitution policy.
